RFQ shackle tabs

New to this site but would like to see if anyone can machine 2 shackle tabs for me. Atached is a pdf of the part needed.

material is cold rolled steel
quanity 2 (possible more later if price is good)
machine finish is fine

can supply solidworks part file or dxf if someoen needs them.
