    Wire EDM work

I need an assembly machined out of heat treated S-7 tool steel using wire EDM. The assembly is under 70mm in total diameter. One assembly consists of one outer ring, one inner ring, and 8 connecting pawls. Assembly is 7.5mm thick.

I have CAD files for all components and can provide engineering drawings with tolerances.

Initial run would be 6-10 assemblies, with 100 assembles as a second order if all goes well.

    Thanks,
    Rus
