    Delrin Blank machining RFQ

I wonder if any of you can do this more efficiently than I can....just so slow bandsawing these blanks out......

I need 1.5" x 6" bars of 3/4" or 5/8" thick black Delrin or Acetal that I will subsequently machine parts from. Tolerances are +/- .050 on the length and width. However, the long sides just need to be parallel enough, and without burrs, to grab in a vice. Thickness should be ok as is from a standard 3/4" OR 5/8" thick sheet or whatever your cutting from.

Please quote with shipping to zip 13862 for 100 to 200 of these at a time, whatever qty fits your sheet size (for example a 2' x 4' sheet will yield ~128 pcs). If you see a more efficient quantity due to how you nest them in a sheet let me know, I can up the quantity if it helps price. I have a real cost sensitive part and the quantity will be going up, this will repeat.

It may work best to reply to scase <at] scpconcepts dot com

    Thanks

Call Boedeker plastics and have them quote you the material, cut to size and shipped. Excellent service and I've always had quality product from them.
