flat stock with keyseat

Material: aluminum 6061 or comparable
Stock: 1" width .5" thick
Critical dimensions are in red.

I need 6 pieces of 34.5" long or 12 pieces of 17.25".
Prior to commiting to the above I require a 12" sample.

Send me 2 quotes: one for the sample and one for the others.

What are the tolerances on this? I can probably machine these for you if you are not needing NASA precision. Will you be providing the material or do we source it? Thanks and peace

Please quote with your material. Online metals has very good prices.
NASA tolerances, lol. I like that. Do you know what they usually are?

I need to press fit something in that slot so: best you can for the keyseat. A key cutter or a bit in good shape should do.

I can adjust for the other dimensions.

Once I get the sample we'll go from there.
