As I see your part, as pictured, I think
CNC machining is much more than needed.
Perhaps you could walk in to a small shop in your area with a sample part and ask for a quote, it's a simple piece and would take a few hours to make 100 on a turret lathe, including setup.
If you supply the material, most shops would do the job at little more than the cost of labor, as a gesture of good will, with the hopes of future business.

CNC machine requires a program to be written, you'll pay for that.
I am a conventional machinist working in a
CNC shop, I would be half way through the job in the time it would take a programmer to finish writing and begin to set up his machine.
