RFQ- water filter handle

I have a broken, plastic Omni water filter removal wrench. It is a part that they do not make any more. I would like to get a quote for someone to make me a new one in aluminum that only has to be about 1/4" thick. The size is about 6" diameter with a 4" handle.

I would send you either the original broken part or a drawn-out paper template of it.

Yes, that's the right picture. I've ordered these from the photos but I always receive the "updated" model which does not fit and have to return them. It should not be cast in plastic as the housings get really tight.

Can't you just jig saw the pattern out of some sheet aluminum?

That's fine as long as it's thick enough that it will not bend.
