RFQ: Barrel Clamps

I am building a rail gun (see links below for more complicated examples than I'm building) and need someone to build three barrel clamps for me.

I have all the measurements except the size of the hole that the barrel goes through. I don't know how large it should be securely clamp the barrel. The rifle is a Ruger 10/22 (.22lr) with a heavy 16.5" bull (.920 muzzle to breech) barrel so recoil is very minimal.

I could machine and hone these clamps in addition to grinding the barrel. If you'd like to incorporate bushings we have the facilities for that as well. What kind of price range and time frame are you looking for? Do you need help with the design work? daedalus.0x1a4@gmail.com

The vertical dimension is not on your drawing, do you have a dimension for that?

I was thinking aluminum would be acceptable.

I think bushings would be kind of overkill.
