to be honest, I'm ok with any process so long as i have it done

yes i do and im about to get a big batch of stuff to get waterjet cut within a few days if you wanna throw your stuff in. get your cad file done

Thanks but I at least need and estimate. Also, how do we workout gaurentees on accuracy and time?

well in order to have a quote, i need the finished cad file. kind of a waste of time for my waterjet to quote a job on a drawing thats not finished. i can have a quote the next day....its inexpensive for waterjet....usually cut within .001 and the hole finish isnt smooth like milled but its pretty accurate.

time frame..usually a few days tops

If it was me I would not water jet this part. The wash out will be so bad you will have to drill it out any ways. your probably talking about .020-.025 washout
