Looking For Reliable Turning Work

Looking for someone/shop to outsource all of our turning work too. Typically small runs anywhere from 1-28 pcs. We do all of our own in house milling and occasionally we need some lathe work. Work will all be inserts for molds.

Please reply and include your contact information and as requirements come in I will send out RFQs. We are looking for someone or a shop in the end to send all of our lathe work to.

The closer to Long Island, NY the better, but not a must.

Quick quote/lead times are a must. If it takes you over 24 hours to quote please do not apply.

Probably a good idea to list a size capacity range you are looking for, some of us are suited for small work, some of us large work.

Good point i'd say 5" would be the max diameter I could ever think of, probably even 3" diameter would be plenty.

No longer then a few inches, don't think that would ever come into play.

Really any cnc lathe should do we looked at the Haas ST-10, which is pretty much there entry level CNC when we thought about doing it in house to support our vertical milling.
