RFQ: Need simple mold HDPE/wood will work.

Here I have a simple mold form I need made if someone can take a look and then give me a cost please let me know.

There is a thin point in the middle ~.015 inches I donno how this will work but take a look at it and let me know what materials will work.

There is not enough information in the drawing to base a quote on. Dimensions and another view would help.

Really, huh, I had no problem getting dimensions off of his model....
