RFQ: Need 18x18x15 inch rigid foam block milled

I need one piece (18”x18”x15” solid) milled from General Plastics FR-7110 rigid polyurethane foam that you provide. Alternative material is acceptable as long it will stand up well to molding with silicone rubber and provide excellent detail. If you recommend a different material I will share that detail with other bidders so they can bid on the same material.

Pics attached. Tell me what format you want.

Need by date is flexible. Is 2-3 weeks possible?
    Thanks!

    Ted,

The project seems to be right up our alley. We machine many sight models, foundry patterns, and tooling aids from rigid foam, wood, and other materials. Unfortunately, our shop is booked until mid to late September so we would not be able to accomodate your 2-3 week request.
If you can handle a longer delivery, please send IGES, X_Y, or STEP files. Otherwise we would look forward to quoting future projects.

    Thanks,
    Doug Pryor

The shape is defined by a mesh. I'm struggling to find a way to convert the data in Rhino and AutoCAD to get you guys a good IGES or STEP file. Let me work on this problem this weekend and update you both on Monday. Thanks for your patience and interest.
