Alum Spacers

I need a quote for machining spacers. The material is 6061. Please quote 500 pieces and 1000 pieces. With shipping to 63077.

The spacer measures 1.9 x 2.0 x .180

Tolerances: 1.9 +.005/-.010
2.0 (Factory extruded finish is exceptable)
.180 +.005/-.005
.030 +.005/-.005
.500 +.020/-.020

The finish can have tool marks left in them.

Does the .180" thickness need to be machined on both sides? If machining only one side is ok, which side?
