RFQ: custom shock bushings

I'm looking for something like this



the stepped diameter is 15.85mm

the smaller diameter is 12.7mm <--- this end goes into a du bushing so needs to have a fairly tight tolerance.

length is 11mm.

the hole in the middle needs to be 6mm, but i want to offset it off center by 3mm.
