    Basic Turned Nylon (maybe Delrin)

Need this turned on a lathe. Rather simple, and could probably produce this on a Manual Lathe.

I need quotes for a qty of 2 in Acetal Delrin and a qty of 2 in Nylon, color preference to black, but cost savings prevails. Tolerances are on the drawing. Raw machined finish is fine, no finishing necessary.

I use delrin a lot for bushings and gears. Went down to Industrial Plastic Sheet, Slab, Rod and Tube 866-832-9315 and bought some delrin and nylon. My parts came out great and were easily machined.
