RFQ: Polyurethane Isolation Bushings

Hey guys. I'm in need of some turned polyurethane bushings. I would prefer a 40-50A durometer, black in color. I was told by a fellow member that once you get into this softer stuff, it requires a bit more prep work to be readily machinable. Let me know what you guys can do!

The dimensions will go as follows:

1.250" OD
.715" total height (.625" at the full 1.25" OD)
.090" tall "Locator" section at 1.000" OD
Center Through-Hole bored to .625" ID

Standard +/-.005" Tolerances are more than fine.

Quantity for first order will be 20-25 units.
