Arrow RFQ: Carbine, Rifle, Stock [Walnut]; See details.

    Hello,

    I need a few carbine stocks made. Dimensions: 270.5 x 160 x 43.5 [mm]; 10.65 x 6.3 x 1.71 [inch]

I need 1-5 stocks for evaluation.

This stock is best for 4+ axis router or multi-axis mill. I am sure this part could be made with lesser means but I imagine the time and cost would factor in too heavily. However, if you are very talented, please contact me. I will not count you out.

The material is to be American Walnut [you supply]. This is not a show piece, so expensive walnut should be avoided. I will accept alternative wood choices, if necessary.

    Shop requirements:
    1. NDA must be signed and returned before files are exchanged.
    2. Assume there is no dimensioned PDF. 3D STEP/IGES file will be supplied. CAM/G-code will need to be calculated based solely on the 3D file. Critical dimensions can be discussed prior to production.
3.This stock is similar to an AK47 stock but with more complex geometry.

If the work and price are good, then I will buy more.

Contact me if you feel qualified to make this part.
