RFQ: 1/4 x 14 x 3 aluminum plate

Hello. I have two different plates to be made with the same general layout. I'll need two proofs of each (you will be paid upfront for these, I pay shipping) then my order will be for 50 pieces with more to come. Accuracy is not much of an issue as there is tons of wiggle room.

The plate will need edges chamfered and possibly a logo engraved.

14.4" x 2.85" x 1/4" aluminum plate. Grade does not matter, prettiness does as some may be natural finish to the customer. Slightly thinner plate is OK too.
4 - 1.5" squares with rounded edges
8 - .2" holes tapped for M6x1.0 (I can do this if your machine not capable)
2 - .33" open holes

I have DXF's already made.

If capable, also include price for satin/matte black powdercoat or other similar coating.
