    Drill and tapping existing piece

I AM soooo happy I found CNCZ!

I have been trying to get some questions answered and have yet to learn all my options with cost on a new product for my business and needed to see what you guys would charge or recommend charge for the following task.

I have heatsinks made from aluminum (I think its 440).

    Sized 12"x8.460"x1.3

I need to have the units drilled and tapped for #4 machine screws

Lets figure about 72 drill/tap points on the face of the piece but in lines (shown in between the channels just running the length of the piece) and if possible 4 on the two long sides.

And if possible to have the logo done on the side of the piece (1"x3") (preferred but depends on the bank)

quantities are flexible can do from 20-50/100 pieces at a time and this would be continued business for a long time to come.

How much time and cost do you feel this job would call for?
Any information you can provide me is appreciated.

    Interested in quoting....

Need to see some more pics or drawings of the placement of the holes, Are the parts getting pre-cut to size or is that part of the equation? The tapping is 4-40? Please PM me with more information so I can adequately quote. Also a time frame would be helpful... peace

    Pete
