    RFQ-simple aluminum sleeve

Looking for a quote for the part on the attached PDF.

It is a simple aluminum drill sleeve. The only critical dim is the outside diameter. The part must pass thru a "Q" (.332") size drilled hole. The inside diameter is simply a snug fit for a #19 (.166") drill. We can squeeze the sleeve to snug it up on the drill bit if needed.

Please quote quantities of 50 and 100.

    Dpowell,

    What type of Al? 6061?

Tollerance for the outer diameter at .330 +0.000, -0.005 ?
    Length tollerance 1.50 +/- .01 ?
Inner diameter drilled with #19? Or do you really want .165 ?

    Any special finish required?

How soon do you need them?

    Regards,
    ABC

    ABC,
6061 would be would work well and give us a little wear resistance.

The tolerances you have shown would be fine. Drilling the ID with a #19 would be fine as well.

These sleeves are going to be used in construction, no special finish required.

A time frame of 1-2 weeks would be great.

One more question and I am ready to quote. How concentric does the center hole have to be with the outside? How much runout is acceptable?

If we could hold run out to .005" or less, that would be great.
