RFQ Hardboard screen covers

I am needing quotes for 800 and 1,600 parts for a screen cover cut from 1/8" thick hardwood material (AKA masonite). This needs to be smooth on both faces.

They are 30.8125 inches tall and 35.875 inches wide. There are 42 3 inch circles arranged as shown in the image (specifics will be sent out via PM).

I haven't heard back from the customer yet. I thought it would have been done by now. I will see if I can get an answer soon.
