RFQ steel gears, possible wire EDM, 2d milling

Here is a screenshot to give you an idea of what I need made. (.001" tolerances)

Also need to suggestions for material. These are gears that are driven by a silent drive chain... Rockwell 45 atleast? I don't want to deal with heat treating for these parts... is A2 a good choice?

Looking for the most cost effective way to have these parts made. I can send the drawing file to those that want to take it further.

What's the root radius of your gears?

Have you looked into CNC plasma cutting these parts? maybe the fastest way. not sure if it will hold +/-.001 tolerances but could probably do .005-.01
