NEED HELP! Chinese laser not firing??

The computer is communicating to the laser, but neither the engraving nor the cutting is firing the laser. The laser head is doing the motions of the cutting or engraving, but no laser beam. When i press the laser test button, it fires?? Any assistance would be amazing. Thank you!
