I am buying a M900 Laser directly from Redsail, and have the last couple of days, daily been in contact with Anna from RedSail who have been very helpfull and nice.
I had a talk to her about people problems and no after service and directed her to this Forum so she could see for herself how many people having problems and kind of feeling alone with a machine they can't even use.
I also said to her how valuable it would be for Redsail if they would help people out in the Forums and then over time build up a good reputation and by that selling more machines. As far I can see, it is actually good quality machines compared to many other Chines build lasers.
As we all know a bad reputation can kill a brand, and it can be VERY difficult to get rid of a bad reputation.
She agreed and have promised me to start helping in here!!!! And question she maybe can't answer, she will talk to the technicians and get and answer. Isn't that great news?
So please thread her well and make her feel welcome, it will benefit us all.
I'm new in here myself, but are really looking forward to it and feel more secure, knowing that Redsail are looking and helping in here.
