    Default Leveling Feet - size M8

    What are people using for the feet on the Raptor? George said the threading is M8, I see some rubber bumpers and on occasion elevator bolts, but is there something that works or doesn't work? Too much vibration = movement, etc??? Where to find these?

    Wooden floor? Tram the head? I'm not sure I'm seeing this. Simple isolators? Platform mounts?

    See the attached picture. The green feet on each corner. These look great, just haven't found them online yet. I plan on resting the router on a 3/4" plywood bench.

    I put mine on hockey pucs, m8 carrige bolts, nuts, washers. Drill enough of the puck with a forstner bit to sink the carrige bolt

    Don't give me to much credit, haha. I think I saw this suggested somewhere on this site. It was cheap and works good so far.

    Puck works good , you can also make pocket in stand top to have the puck sit in.

    Well done! there's a post here you may want to read. See if i can find it...

    http://www.cnczone.com/forums/genera...e-redneck.html

    It's that. Budget can be a b|tch. (didn't like me saying *****) lol

    Redneck engineering rules;
    1- Beyond safety, there are no rules, you bend the rules and make it work.
    2- A part in the hand, is worth two in town.
    3- When in doubt, use more bailing wire, duct tape and steel
    4- The right tool, is the one you have with you.
    5- Yes you can make a pump diaphragm from a plastic bottle.
    6- It does not have to be pretty, it just needs to work.
    7- When it does not work, refer to rule #1
