    pro/edm post

    Hi all,

    we are looking for someone who can write us posts for our brother and charmilles edm and fadal 4axis mill. it is for gpost. the brother and fadal post has to support sub program. no gpost people please. we just want to look for someone does this on the side. hopefully it's cheap enough that my boss will sign for it. thank you all in advance.

    Pronc I can write your fadal 4th axis post for you for free it will only take me a couple of hours.
    as for your wire post you can send me 6 small programs that are proven out from the machine and I could also help you there.

    I have a good amout of time in writing custom posts I will give you cycle time and all at top of programs and an auto launch macro to bring you .tap file to your editer after posting.

    sorry didn't get back to you earlier. anyway, yes if you can get me the fadal 4 axis post i really appreciate. i'm trying to get you the sample program for edm. i have a question why do you need 6 programs? i'll get the nc and ncl files. by the way please send me an email to this address so i can send you the files. nguyen_da@printronix.com.     six programs to make sure i see any other speacial godes that you use, but not on reguler basis.

    I have first draft of the fadal looks good so far.

    I injured my neck picking up my socks so i will be moving slow for a week.
