Material removel

Here is an example of material removal feature

the transparent green is the stock
reference part is white inside stock i have material removels for all seq. in op010

It could be made in expert Machinst But i preferr Pro nc
pro nc is faster for me

It is a Nasa Part

Really? are all the wall are vertical? if so i'm very sure i can do it faster in EM than i do it in pro/nc. but tha's just me.

Yes all vertical but You must understand I have Mudf files that eilimainate programming of this part took 1.5 hrs to model then 2 hours to program post verify It was a make 2 pc. job done and shipped all in less than a day

less than a day? you guys pretty quick. still i tend to think Em template is quick than udf since it usually takes a few click to redifine a feature in udf. EM template is almost drag and drop. plus stock removal is automatic and more accurate than pro/nc.but i have to confess i only use udf a few times.
