Need help with manual

I am trying to put the help manual on a CD so I can take it to a person with a laser printer. It is the free (smart) download.

It is a PDF file and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to copy it to a cd.

It would cost a fortune to print it with my bubble jet.

The manual is on the first page of the program in help file.
