    Electrostatic spray on How-Mau CNC machines

    Dear All,
    We are Taiwan How-Mau Industrial Co.,Ltd which was built in 1988, and we intend to buils our new factory in mainland .
    We are now producing new cnc mills for our Malasia who ordered 100 sets NM-135 milling machine from us .
    Besides the high perfomance of our machine ,we also promise a perfect eletrostatic spray on our cnc machines .
    Hereby ,I' d like to introduce it to all of our friends and customers as follows;
    Works elements of the Electrostatic spray: electrostatic powder equipment (electrostatic spray machine) coat powder on the workpiece surface, the powder will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpieceby the effect of electrostatic to form a powder coating; there comes the various final coating after being baked in high temperature environment.
    Electrostatic spray process is as following: pre-treatment (degreasing, derusting, parkering); electrostatic spraying; high temperature curing (refer to plastic powder required temperature, usually 160 ~ 210 degrees); cool.
    Compared with electrostatic spray and traditional painting, we will find some significant advantages of the former, without diluent ,no pollution to the environment , no toxic to human health, strong adhesion, short spray curing time; higher wear-resistant and anti-corrosion capacity , without primer, no flows during the spray, simple process , a perfect appearance and lower cost .For these reasons ,electrostatic spray is definitely required in some occasion.

    Could you pls kindly set an overall evaluation or give us some good advice on this technology ?
    Also, I enclosed some of the pictures for your referance .
    Welcome to our website to take a tremendous visit ,http://www.atron.com.tw
    Thanks and best regards .
