Dear my friends, I , Cindy, am very glad to introduce our new rotary table for you. As you see, in the picture I enclosed, the 4" and 8" rotary table look no difference with others of other companies. But in fact, it has semi-industrial fuction and render machine higher machining accuracy. The work piece made by it has smoothy eadge and pricise angle. Please kindly see the picture. It is not only fit fot mini cnc aluminum alloy machine but also suitable for bigger indrustrial cast iron machine. However, it could meet your more precise machining need. We have two different size rotary table in stock, 4" and 8" for your different needs. All of them is with stepper/ servo motor. Do yu need motor for them? It is up to you. You could only buy rotary table without motor from us.

A new sample of hm-135 is nearly finshed in my office. We made some changes on the base of original machine. A new arm is mounted on the left side of machine as the attached pictures. Do you think it is needed or neccessory? It is about 1 meter from the ground to the arm. One steel(Q235A) tray is fixed on the arm. This tray is about 80cm length and 20cm width with one big slot and one small slot. So it maybe convinent for you to put keyboard on them preventing slipping. This arm has three joint to assure it turn 270 degrees from the machine side to the left door. You may ask what is vertical steel bar on the outside joint used for? It is for PC screen. In order to lowen cost, only one button is mounted on the controller box door. Small beautiful holes are drilled in the PC box door, tool box door and coolant box door in the machine back. If button or pulling rings are used, user maybe replace the damaged one during long using days.

Electrostatic Painting To make first class cnc machine in the world, our factory inspected and used lots of procession technology.
Last time I introduced laser cutting technology for sheet metal. Thanks for your attention to it. Please continuously pay your attention to electrostatic painting.
Electrostatic painting principle is the same as electrostatic dust removal Its principle is that high-voltage forms electrostatic field carrying out painting. It is a new advanced painting technology. Compared to manual paint, it is of high efficiency, less waste, better quality and is conducive to the health of workers and so on. Paint is into the metal cup B of the high-speed through inputing tube. The spray paint emitted from cup is fogged due to atomized high-speed cup rotation. Fog spraying paint particles is with a negative charge due to rotation cup taking a negative pressure (60-120kV). Fog spraying paint particles repel each other and evenly spread out. Under the influence of the electric field force, paint particles flew to work piece taking positive charges and is adsorbed on the work surface to form a solid layer of bright light. Electrostatic painting due to the small scope does not pollute the air. At present, the electrostatic painting has been widely used in machine parts, such as processing of the train compartments.
Electrostatic painting features are as following.
1) The paint film is even, plump, both good adhesion and decorative.
2) It is of high productivity. Multi-electrostatic spray guns are installed and are easy to semi-automated or automated implement as compared with the compressed air spray paint. The production efficiency can be increased several times.
3) This new method could increase the utilization of paint up to 80 ~ 90%, reduce paint mist dispersion and pollution, and improving the working conditions of hygiene.
The complex shape of the work piece, concave hole is not easy to spray to, convex tip is covered partly with uneven paint film. So during our painting process, we made adjustment or manual repair process to ensure work piece being painted evenly.
Electrostatic painting maintenance and management is demanding. Improper operation or mismanagement will prone to electric shocks such as high-voltage breakdown discharge causing fire accidents.
At present, all of our work pieces have used this technology. In this afternoon, I will go to electrostatic painting factory and took some photos. I am glad to share these photos with you here. If you have more advanced painting technology or other cnc machine procession, please share with us here and give your valuable advise.
