1.This is one kind of High performance CNC milling machine;
2.The NC control system is Mach-3，In the self-made CNC engraving machine area, Mach-3 may be the best and most frequently used software .It costs fewer but process as perfectly as other big-ticket systems.
3.CNC control system could be adapted by step motor or servo motor, providing good cost-effective scheme to customers.
4.HM-200 machine can operate with NC program. With ballscrew, stepping motor for all 3 axes;
5.Position accuracy + or -0.0005''
6.Reproduction accuracy 0.00025”
7.With limit switch for all 3 axes.so it promise a safe condition for both man and the machine .
8.The tool material is HSS .It still maintain a high hardness when produces heat in the case of high-speed cutting (about 500 ℃), HRC can be over 60. This is the most important characteristics of high-speed steel.
9. Used for machining box parts, shell parts, disc-shaped parts. Almost all kinds of steel,wood,plastic can be machined.
10. Column and guide way is ground precisely with high precision.
11. Spindle is equipped manually, luckily ,our engineers are now designing new products equipped with tool-hit cylinder to make tool released and clamped pneumatically then Tool-change iwill be more safely and quickly.
12.it has a long-sevice life,and easy to be operated.

I should notify you that
HM-200 mill is a three axle linkage (also, it can be four or five axle linkage to meet special needs) computer numerical control (CNC) machine, can be driven by an AC stepper motor and ball screws. The spindle system adopt the angle thrust bearing which is made in Japan and well -known for its service life.
We adopt Transition Fit and screw to connect the spindle sleeve and headstock to ensure the perfect connection.
The worktable is precision made with adjustable dovetail guides. Semi-enclosed protective device can highly protect us.
The tool is made of high speed steel and the worktable is made of cast iron, they both present good rigidity.You can find 2 photos of yhe machined parts in the attachmens.
The superior coolant system ensures the fine work of the machine and longest life of the machine.
The screwed belt guard covers on the head offer secure safety.
A fine feed control hand wheel, collect chuck set, low voltage work light, machine vice etc. are optional.

I recently came across this companyies website and saw that they have TT type tooling advertised. I contacted them regarding pricing for their QT57 set. A 20 piece set that clearly list a boring head and boring bar set which is also shown in the pictures. Jessica replyed to my email the next day and said it would be $267. I was pleased with the price and told her I wanted to proceed. Next came the payment issue. I wanted to pay by credit card or paypal but as you will see they do not want to use those. They don't want you to have any way to stop payment, So I agreed to wire the money. Next day I get an email that said so sorry but the price I was quoted for the QT57 set was with out the boring head and bar set and that I would need to pay $100 more for those. I asked how much shipping to Mongolia would be and she said $14 by air. I thought ok and offered to purchase this set for $350 delivered. Jessica accepted. I provide my shipping address in Mongolia and she provided bank transfer info. I wire $350 to the indicated account and 2 days later I receive an email that the item has been shipped. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Monday morning I receive an email that I need to send another $140 to cover shipping to Mongolia. I am told that they made a mistake in quoting the freight and thought I meant Inner Mongolia which is part of China. I had provided my complete address. There is no mention of Inner Mongolia on any of my correspondence. So now my good price set of TT tooling that I thought would be $267 is now up to $507. I ask for my money back and I am given the run around and told that I will have to pay their bank fees. I wait another day for a response and in the mean time I have a business acquaintance in Shanghai that I have contacted to see if he will accept this item and then bring it with him in February. I ask Jesica if she will send it to my friend and she said it will be $14 in shipping. Now Jesica is demanding that I wire the $14 upfront for shipping to Shanghai. This will cost me another $7 in bank fees. I again ask for my money back and I am now being ignored. So my recommendation is to not do any business with this company. Jesica finally came back and said they will send it to Shanghai for $4.50 but I need to wire that before they will ship it. After sending several emails asking for my money to be refunded they agree to ship it to my friend COD for the shipping charges and since I am obviously not going to get a refund of the money I have already sent I agree. The kit is now in Shanghai and I have learned a valuable lesson. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN.

I'm very sorry to bring you such trouble to you by our team membere ,Jessica .She was just a green hand in this field ,and she has so littttle knowledge about the machicne ,not even to say the vary kinds of accessories.so she made a serios mistake iin quotation .However , we did not sign the contract or receive your deposit at that time , of course ,you can call off your order,is it right ?But you continue contact with Jessica ,you just want it for reason of the competitive price or any other reason.
Second ,Jessica has misconstrued your words ,she mistooke Mongolia for Inner Mongolia ,surely ,its her fault .Pls forgive me for my explaination ,i think you must be a professional member in this field ,and so you must be famaliar with the cost of dilivery ,could you pls kindly inform her that she must made a mistake by saying $14 is ok . However ,you did not .(You said just bought a new machine from China Mainland not far from us,how much is the delivery ?)
Third ,we can not accept payment by credit card or paypal .thanks for your kindly advice,we will improve it in future in order to enlarge our business .
