Venture Machines/ new Distibutor in MI

Hi folks, I wanted to let everyone in MI know we have opened a new Distibutor branch in MI. It's called Davis CNC Sales and Service. We offer the new Venture and Emco machinery Lines. We are a full CNC service company. We work on all CNC's but specialize on Fadal's. We have built our buisness in OH onquality, dependability, quick service and reasonable pricing. The owner of the company is actually a service guy!

The new Venture Machining Centers are a very rigid machine with very competitive pricing. The Machine line was developed by Americans for the North American Market. It's really the brain child of a couple of engineers along with a few service guys. They wanted to build a machine without the faults seen by the service guys while in the field. I Swiss machine has also been included to the line. The new Horizontals are scheduled to be released in March 2010.

When you open the doors of a machine you know right away this is going to be something special. The enclosures are heavy duty, the ways are linear roller style. Lots of standards that many of the competitors call options. Head to head our pricing in much better.

The Emco lines are a well known machine line. Been around since 1947.

Hard to be excited with times like they are, but I really think we have something here. How would you like to buy a machine from a company that sells it on dependability and price instead of how soon they can have a service guy at your door. We can have a guy their too in 24 hours, but not our marketing. Would'nt you just rather have your machine up and running?

    Thanks

    Dear Bob,

I work for Regal Machine Tool in Houston. We are an Emco Maier - Venture distributor also. We just received our new Venture 4020 Machining Center this morning. We've unpacked everything and set it in place. This is a very well thought out machine. The control swivels to a position inside the enclosure for shipping - thus avoiding the "oversize load" charges we encounter on other machines of the same size. The chip pans are super easy to remove and are on rollers. Kudos for the sheet metal - rugged, heavy duty and well positioned. The fit and finish are excellent. It even has it's own chip bin - on rollers. We are excited to be offering these machines for the South Texas market. Cannot wait to fire this baby up and see how it performs.

You get that machine up and running? I know Venture needs to do a better job getting the word out with these machines. I figure.... they must be counting on us! It's in the infant stages right now. During these tough economic times, this is a machine I really believe in. The rigidty, quality, and price will make this machine grow fast in popularity.

What helps our company, we are a full line service solution. Specializing in Fadal repair, lot of them in the field. Should help us gain some recognition in the MI, OH and IN Markets.

We are going to the factory Tuesday.

We must be long lost relatives some how!

    Bob
