How much ?
Getting ahold of Syil America is the problem. I've been tryin for 2 weeks with no luck.
I talked to Richard @ Syil America last week he said the machines would be in Their Shop by the end of the month...

Your confidence in people getting a response from Syil America is sorely misplaced. MANY people on this forum have expressed their inability to get a response by phone, email or on this forum. I have seen no other posts concerning poor customer service about the other Syil distributors, only Syil Amarica. The fact that you get a response only shows that they are at least smart enough to keep their only supplier happy.
As a distributor of the Syil product line, the actions and reputation of Syil America directly influences what people think of Syil as a whole. As a manufacturer/supplier, it is to Syil's best interest to get and keep distributors that represent Syil with the highest quality of customer service.
For me personally, Syil America has been a mix of extreme good and bad. They have been nice enough to get me upgrades and replacement parts, but only on the very rare occasion when I get a response from them. It has taken almost a year to get my X4+ close to what it should have been the day it was delivered. I've also gotten comments from people at Syil America like.... "Some people take up too much customer support time." or "I only have a limited amount of time to do customer support because I go to school.". Customer service must be consistent... Just because you give a customer a "nice gadget" one day, doesn't mean you can ignore them the next time the try to contact you.
I believe that my X4+ is a good machine for the money and Syil seems to be improving their products on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I can not in any way recommend that anyone do business with Syil America. Hopefully Syil America will someday mature as a company. They must realize that without great customer service, they may get one sale, but they won't get a second.
As a manufacturer, seeing all the negative comments from many different people should be cause for major concern. It is VERY difficult to repair the bad reputation being caused by Syil America.
i also make presure for them.course if they keep ignore the customers,delay the service,
we may consider change in 2010.or add more dealers.
but point it is they keep in stocking.and make sales.yes,i admit the sx3 make so mess for them.but from resently new x4 series shipments,they will make some change.course we make better,really better now!

so syil i hope you know if you keep flooding the usa market without buying something
from us to make it FAIR TRADE we will end up broke and your machines will stay in
your country so you are shooting yourself in the foot by developing more and more
stuff and not buying to replenish the money your takers not givers GOT IT!!!!
i buy US products,i plan to have a new CTS maybe.i like eat KFC,i like and buy apple products,our company use dell.also,don`t worry your government,they will make presure for china.we buy some 777 from you,need exchange handard containers syil cnc machines...hehe
