I have a set of the plans and they are very well written and easy to follow with great techniques. I like the design, seams like it will work very well, all the materials are their so you know what you will need and how much it will cost you to make the conversion.

I found a site which describes a method for converting a 3 axis mill to CNC all by yourself using just a simple circuit which you build yourself.
