When you say here to help do you mean only for those who buy the full kit from your company, I bought a refurbished machine off eBay from yourselves and it's very poorly put together and is out by nearly 1mm from one side to the other, plus you don't answer questions and pointed me to a help page that had nothing to do with my question, still waiting on a reply actually which goes to show how poor your company is.

Also quick question on the 4th axis, I've noticed you can buy the very same model from Axminster for £80 and then build a custom motor piece to connect onto it, how can you justify then selling it for over £800?
