This is a universal IO card made for MicroEDGE, EDGE pro controllers of Hypertherm, also the I/O could be defined for other controllers' application.
The main design feature as follow,
1. it is made of modular circuit.
2. We lead CNC controller's drive signal and I/O signal to this I/O card, and set a logic control centre on I/O card to deal with all signals in and out of CNC controller.
3. All external control functions of CNC system are done on this I/O card, so all CNC system wiring finished on this I/O card.
4. I/O card co-works with a 6-torch cutting operation panel.

CNC system building can be a very simple work with our I/O card.
