Laser cavity uses combination cavity with gold-plated copper, and tube posture structure, segregate cooling water and metal gold-plated surface completely, stop corrosion of cooling water to cavity. And uses the device of beach reflection, eliminate the impact of cooling water to crystalloid.
Meanwhile, the cavity has the feature, don’t need dimming after replace xenon lamp.
3. Laser power
Laser power uses the newest switch power designed by our company. The power work stably, and the influence of the external power grid is low.
Power can realize modulation waveform of pulse. Operating current, pulse width and frequency adjustable.
Setting waveform can be showed directly in the power panel. The mainly technical parameters of the power are:

Beam splitting system uses the way of diaphragm beam splitting, make the main light path laser into 3 or 4 by this way(it depends on the demand of customer)

6. Pulse waveform modulation
Can set laser output waveform depending on technics requirement of laser processing. It guarantees energy error not more than 1% every time since uses energy feedback system.
Pulse waveform can be compiled and adjust in sections, based on the material, diameter etc. of the welding workpieces.
7. Energy real-time control feedback system
Laser power installed energy real-time control feedback system, which can monitor and show to the main light path energy in the process of operating, feedback and adjust based on the setting energy, then guarantee the stability of laser energy output.
The cooling system of the machine uses air-cooled way, and doesn’t need to add a external cycle cooling system outside.
The cooling efficiency of the machine can work regularly more than 20 hours.
Cooling system uses purryag water box, avoid the pollution from the water produced by metal water box.
The cooling system includes: water pump, temperature controller, target flow and so on.
9. Operating platform
The machine uses operating platform separating from laser(includes laser power).
The platform uses humanity design and is convenient to long time usage for handlers, which will not feel tired.
The platform uses upper shield, with built-in LED glaring panoramic lighting, which make the work images by magnifying without the dark spots (shadow)
10. Mechanical drive part
Manual lifting work table adopts transmission mode of worm turbine, which is stable, no clearance, no jitter phenomenon in the transmission process.
Lifting work table’s distance: 100mm
Focusing tube stents adopted four D fine-tuning stents. The links between among the four D stent is stable and reliable. The straight line 3 D direction adjusted with micrometer.
11. Display system
Equipped with 17 "LCD (black and white) for operation to observe the display system.
12. CCD camera system
Equipped with 2 sets 20* magnification CCD camera system, CCD camera system uses three road coaxial monitoring way to implement.
13. Red light indicating system
Indicating system is formed by red laser and precision adjustment frame to be the adjustment base of light path.
