I'll confirm what Lucy said there. I've been pleasantly surprised by LaserCut - it's been a breeze to learn, and actually has some options I always wished the ULS software had.

Melody, what is the maximum dpi when engraving a picture ? In the video what are you engraving on ? plastic ?

The dpi is 1200.

The photos in the video are printed on acrylic, of cause you can also choose to engrave on other material.
