New product for 2012...

XPTHC-Portable300. ......Stand alone torch height controller for portable/small plasma cutter, with key functions as follow,

1. Two models of IHS, Torch retaining cap IHS, and proximity switch IHS....both with anti-collision function to protect torch from crashing.
2. Freeze Auto height control on receiving corner signal. and Auto/Manual control modes available.
3. Pierce delay time control.
4. Support different HF plasmas.
5. Support different CNC controllers, like Mach3, Arm controller.
6. Support DC24V motor below 40W.
7. Accuracy: 1-5v.

Low cost but full stand alone THC functions.

More new THCs come in 2012, ie, for YAG laser, for bevel cutting, new lifter.....

Here share some cooperation with OEM manufacturers as reference of our THC.

The project pictures are mainly of old XPTHC-100, We collected by onsite service before, or from trading fair.

We are now supplying new generation XPTHC-300 to oversea clients.

We will contact UK distributor about this matter and get back to you soon, currently here is China new year holiday.
I cant say much before check details with them.

We didnt sell much out of China in 2011, we found the oversea market was quite different from homemarket.
For example, we only offer THC control module in China, but foreign customers always need complete package including lifter, cables. Just developing a good ballscrew lifter took us over half a year.......

Luckly most big manufacturers like Messer, Koike have factory in China, 95% of our sale was at home until 2011.
We are still trying to learn about oversea market.
