Ovation Engineering is now offering our PC based EZ-Remote offset system. It allows multiple machines to be connected to a single PC for the purpose of changing tool wear offsets. This is ideal for CNC controls that can't be accessed due to guarding, robots, etc. It can also be used in installations where a single gaging station with various hand gages is used to measure parts from several machines. Offsets can be made without walking back and forth between the station and machines. Controls from different mfrs. (i.e. fanuc, Mazatrol, Okuma, etc.)can all be on the same network. No ethernet capability is required in the control.
