Becuase you have no serious US presence and do not have a US based warehouse or service location, your sales to USA and Canada home/small business users will be extremely limited, no one wants to ship a machine back to china for warranty or repair.
This doesn't include what happens after someone purchases one of your machines.
First, customs clearance is not provided and you have no clearing agent in the US or Canada.
Second, you sell FOB Shanghai or FOB China and do very little to assist in the arrangement or delivery of the machine to the customers location/destination, this is OK for a business since they probably have resources but a home buyer has no clue what is involved.
I have examined 2 of your machines, a VMC-330L and a VMC-420, the construction is typical of china and the machines in my opinion are acceptable for light to medium duty use but anyone expecting to receive a machine that will do some serious work will be very disappointed.
The machines you sell are all based on metric standards, here in the USA imperial is the preferred measurement system so getting a machine which has a ballscrew lead of 0.1960in per turn creates confusion when the expected 0.2000in or 0.2500in is considered normal.
Also, the castings could use some improvements to strengthen key areas of high stress and my advice, 80,000psi or 120,000psi ductile iron would be better material, it wont cost much more, is stronger and harder and will vastly improve the quality of your frames.
It would also be better if you offered the machines with GSK 218M panels to USA sellers, at least they would be getitng a decent panel.
And finally, you offer all kinds of information on the machine but never offer the price, this loses you potential sales because buyers cannot compare your prices against other prices and they don't want to wait on your response to get the price from you as you attempt to try and sell them the product in your reply.
Get your machines in the USA and your USA and Canada sales will increase tremendously, for the money your machine isn't that bad.
