I just bought one of these. So far very nice, but the screws don't seem to be 5tpi and the z axis is completely different. Can you tell me the actual tpi on the screws?

My Dad just ordered one of these routers, it should arrive in a few days... He wants me to get him setup to do some small signs and things like that. This machine looks like the ticket for such things and appears to be a bargin compared to others we looked at. Stay tuned and I can report our finding if you have an interest.

I have had mine a couple weeks. I finally got it setup and running and for the price, I'm very pleased.

I did have to take it apart and tighten all the bolts, as they probably came lose in shipping.

Also I finally figured out the ball screws. The x and y axis ended up being 4mm/turn or 6.35tpi and the z axis is 2mm/turn or 12.7 tpi.
