My name is Andres Leon, I am new to CNCzone.

I work with Levil Technology and work with the WL-400 and the LV-350 plus daily.

The WL-400 was designed for industrial production of small parts made out of woods, plastics, and soft metals. It can cut stronger metals but not on a day to day basis. It is enclosed to have coolant capabilities, and allow the industrial production of soft metals.

If the job requires it, the enclosure can be taken off and the work table can be turned 90 degrees to allow for long parts (1 meter or longer) to be milled at the ends. Jobs that can be difficult to perform with machines that do not have the travel length required for the task.

As for spinddles, we offer two spindles, one to use for soft materials, and one to use for the soft metals. They both reach 17,000 rpm and are liquid cooled, air cooled and have automatic tool change. There are other options such as the colombo spindle and the NSK that can reach higher rpm.
