    Stand alone Arc Voltage THC

    Maybe I've done something wrong, my previous post got deleted.

    Follow is brief intro of our THC XPTHC-100 ( for details, pls check our website)

    1. I/O adopts Relay and Optical Isolation, professional anti-interference design.
    2. Auto IHS( Ohmic contact, backup with proximity switch IHS for cutting rusty workpiece).
    3. Auto height control freezes on Kerf Crossing and Corner Turning, avoid torch diving on voltage spikes.
    4. Voltage Divide( 100:1 or 50:1)
    5. Manual/Auto operation on operation panel.
    6. Control accuracy: 1v---3v, adjustable to user.

    Installed over 1200 sets in past five years, we mainly supply it to cutting machine manufacturers in China, designing THC according to their industrial practice.

    simplified stand alone Arc voltage THC

    pls check attachment of a simplified stand alone arc voltage THC, with wiring diagram.

    With key features as follow,
    Key Features
    A. Power Supply uses AC220V and DC 24V, the current of DC 24V power depends on the load of DC motor.
    B. Support DC motor below 20W, stepper motor, speed is 1kHz, and to protect the control circuit of Motor, it adopts current protection, resettable fuse short circuit protection, R-C release circuit.
    C. Voltage Divider adopts Isolation Voltage Divide, with ratio 100:1.
    D. Full Auto Control Mode, Torch Retaining Cap IHS and Proximity Switch IHS.

    full pack of XPTHC-100

    pls check the attached photo, full pack of XPTHC-100.

    10 meters cables after shield work (optional to customer)
    Anti-bump fixture with all proximity switch installed (optional to customer)
    XPTHC-100 control module.
    Lifter in wooden case (optional to customer)

    Usually we suggest customer buy THC control module alone, as making Lifter by themselves would save them hundreds of dollars on Lifter cost and express.
