Jet Edge's High Rail Gantry waterjet table cuts virtually any material, including metals, stone, plastics, composites, rubber, glass and much more.

The High Rail Gantry is available in many sizes, from 4'X4' to 24'X14'. It supports multiple cutting heads to increase productivity. The High Rail Gantry's rock-solid design keeps motion components up high out of the process environment. XY mechanical components are totally protected from the abrasivejet environment by a lip seal system.

The High Rail Gantry is powered by a Jet Edge waterjet intensifier pump. Jet Edge's precision cutting intensifier pumps are available in 60,000 psi and 90,000 psi models, from 30-200hp.

Nice machines. I have seen sheets of tabbed waterjet cut parts before. What do you use to cut the tabs when the sheet is finished?

Thanks, Jim. Most people remove the tab with a belt sander or grinder.
