can you some tell me with x axis of 38in how big of t slot would i have to get for it to have little to no movement? i don't know how strong this stuff is. table is 6'x4' (x hangs over the y axis a little

When tapping the holes on the end of 8020, with a hand drill or by hand with a tap wrench, can a thread forming tap be used?
