| Hi all please halp me for recover this problem, I have a CNC lathe machine it faced an accident during the transportation caused damage in the outside frame steel I had to take off the following:- 1- The Screen unit (Fanuc oi ) 2- The control panel keys unit (Fanuc oi ) 3- The z-axis motor cable And after I had finished the steel treatment I assembled it again, When I turn on the machine I found two alarm :- ( APC 306 & APC 300 ) I turn off the machine and when I turn on it again the alarm APC 306 disappear ,Now the alarm APC 300 is still appear I Know that is request for reference posithin return to ZRN Z-axis. i want to know how I can treat this matter step by step . (clearly) i already read the manual for this alarm but it is not clear |

| thanks yours_praphat for your reply But are you sure to press P + can and open the machine please note that i must pess shift to active P botton, or you mean press O then I will press O + Cancel and open the machine in the mintenance manual note me to discover alarm 300 that i must set the parameter 1815#5 to 0 and excecute manual refrance position then press RESET to release the alarm But i don;t know hoe to make it step by step |

times the detection unit. #7 #6 #5 #4 #3 #2 #1 #0 1815 APC APZ OPT #5 APC 0: Position detector is other than absolute Pulsecoder. 1: Position detector is absolute Pulsecoder. Try to check the pulse coder cable and connection between motor and control also check your PMC and if you still feel difficulty please mail me on prabhatmishra@mail.com |

| Thank you very much i contacted the factory who tell me that how to discover this alarm, the machine is good and normal now, i followed this factory steps 1).Make the parameter can be write , the step as below: a). Choose the switch to “MDI” mode. b). Press the function key of “OFFSET/SETTING”; Press the soft key of [SETTING] C). Move the cursor to parameter “PWE” ( Mean can be write), set to “1”, namely press the key of “1”, then press the key of “INPUT”, the alarm of “No. 100” occur. 2). Move the machine to the scheduled reference position Under “JOG” mode, move the machine to the reference point position ( the reference point of Z axis, can be set freely), if there is overtravel alarm occurred in the moving, please change the setting value of “inspection of axis traveling” parameter is (No1320, No1321). 3). Setting the parameter, the step as below: a). Choose the “MEMORY PROTECT” key to OFF position, press the function of “SYSTEM”, press the soft key “PARAM” under the screen, enter to the parameter screen. b). Enter the parameter No1815 , press the soft key of [NO.SRH] under the screen. c). Check the setting value of #5 of parameter No1815 is “1”, if it is “0”, move the cursor use “→” to #5 of paramter No1815 , enter the setting value to “1”, press “INPUT” key, the “No 000” alarm will occur(need power off), then power off the power ,and power on again. d).Index the parameter No1815 again, move the cursor use “→” to #4 of paramter No1815 ,enter the setting value “1”,press “INPUT” KEY. the “No 000” alarm will occur(need power off), then power off the power ,and power on again.( Note: the sequence of parameter is: #7 #6 #5 #4 #3 #2 #1 #0) e). Make the parameter write closed, namely setting the parameter “PWE” to “0”. f). Execute “ G91 G28 ZO;”,( For safety, make the rapid override slower), for return to reference point, for checking the setting is finished. 6. After the reference point finished, customers can set the parameter value of “No.1320,No.1321” according to the different use. 7. After all setting finished, start the machine, and check if all functions are ok. |
