123 For Gears is a software package that accepts your 3 step (plain english) spur gear specification and generates a cnc mill compatible file for any size gear , whole or fractional pitch diameter ! No expensive involute cutters , no rotary table (4th axis) required and no expensive gear hobbs required. Just a couple of small diameter & inexpensive end mills that many cnc machinists already have.
