It looks good but there seems to be a little too much vibration. What size Linear Rails are you using?? You might want to consider increasing the width.

BTW: Does your mill have a self lubricating system??

Linear rails are 25mm as is the ball screw. I could stand to put a few more screws in the sheet metal around the head but at 75 IPM feed and pushing dull inserts, I was just having fun I will work on quieting it down some but before sending these to market. I need to break a few first and go from there.

75 IPM is pretty good for a small mill. BTW that noise I was referring to is usually caused by slop in the linear rails and guides. A little adjustment should fix the problem.
