FLZ03 is a compact dsp based cnc controller.

3 Axis, 3A Bipolar type Step motor Driver (Current fixed to 2.5A )

30V 10A AC power input (include bridge rectifier and filter capacitors)

Smooth motion by sinusoidal phase currents.

Smooth operation under Windows. (Fast block process, 20 Block FIFO)

Software selectable 4 step mode

1 step = 64 micro step
1/2 step = 32 micro step
1/4 step = 16 micro step
1/8 step = 8 micro step

Linear Interpolation with two axis (xy-xz-yz)

Basic motion commands (expandable by PC software)

32 Bit data range for all commands.

19200 Baud RS232 communication with PC

3 limit switch inputs for home positios (one switch per axis)
