Pacific Bearing is on a distinguished road
Lightbulb PBC Linear Doubling the MLA's Performance with 2 Profile rails

Built on PBC Linear’s MLA Actuator series; PBC Linear’s newly introduced compact Dual Rail MLA miniature actuator takes compact precision to a new performance level! Utilizing two precision profile rails that are fixed to the new bridge carriage improves overhung loading capacity without sacrificing its footprint dimensions. This provides a very stable, low cost platform for mounting multiple axis together. Additional benefits are its increased load capacity, long travel length, light weight, and smooth and quiet operation. Travel accuracy is assured by PBC Linear’s unique SIMO machining technology. This allows for the back to back mounting of the profile rails optimizing the load capacity and rigidity in all directions. The integral lead screw and optional ball screw drives are mounted on precision ball bearings to ensure no backlash and even smooth thrust. Motor mounts, stepper motors, servo motors, limit switches and mounting brackets are available.

Compactly designed, easily installed, and built to handle tough load requirements for its size, the MLA miniature actuator is PBC Linear’s solution for small-scale linear motion. For more information on the MLA or its uses, please call 1.800.729.9085, email to marketing@pacific-bearing.com or visit us at MLA.pbclinear.com.
